01 — Problem
The existing site had broken links and layout defects, no Arabic version for a bilingual audience, and weak search visibility for the center's ten programmes.
02 — Approach
- 01
Audited the live site and inventoried every page and asset before rebuilding, so nothing was lost in the move.
- 02
Rebuilt as a static Astro site: every page in English and Arabic, with true right-to-left layouts rather than mirrored text.
- 03
Search and AI visibility built in: per-page metadata, LocalBusiness and Course structured data, sitemap and an llms.txt describing the center.
- 04
A scripted launch gate (SEO, links, buttons, responsive, Arabic, security headers) runs before every release; images are re-encoded to sized WebP.
